The Gulf Intracoastal Canal Association’s 120th Annual Seminar will take place
August 6 – 8 at the Westin Canal Place, New Orleans
We are continuing to shape our program and agenda. Our speaker list and presentations this year will again be highlighted by senior leaders in industry, government, and our Federal partners. We’ll have relevant, timely, and interesting topics addressing the inland waterways.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
We are currently pursuing several high-profile speakers during lunch on Thursday, August 7th. More information to follow once a final decision has been made!

SEMINAR ATTENDEE REGISTRATIONS:
There are four (4) seminar attendance registration options:
GICA Member – $420
Non-GICA Member – $500
Government Employee – $300
Maritime Student – $60
SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION:
Please consider continuing your support of GICA through a Seminar Sponsorship. The financial support we gain from our generous sponsors is essential to maintaining the posture and credibility of our organization. This will be especially true as we look to improve the excellent industry support provided by GICA to date.
There are four sponsorship levels:
Platinum – $2,500 and up
Gold – $1000 to $2499
Silver – $750 to $999
Bronze – up to $750
All seminar sponsors are recognized throughout the event for their commitment to GICA. Please respond with your level of support prior to July 30th to ensure your company is included on all published materials prepared in advance of the seminar.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibitors are an integral part of our Seminar. Exhibitors can expect to reach an outstanding audience of waterway, maritime, and industry experts during the event. Don’t miss the opportunity to highlight your company before our large and diverse list of seminar attendees!
Displays should be set up prior to 3:00 pm Wednesday, August 6th and may remain until the close of the Seminar on Friday August 8th at 12:00 p.m.
Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary seminar registration as part of the $700 Exhibitor fee. If you plan on additional personnel attending and participating in the seminar (i.e. attending the GICA sponsored social events after hours, lunch on August 7th, etc.), a separate seminar registration will be required. Additional persons attending to merely staff a booth who will not participate in the above activities will NOT be required to complete a separate seminar registration. Exhibitor registrations must be received by August 1st, 2025, to facilitate space availability.
The hotel will provide each Exhibitor a 6-foot table, wastepaper basket and two chairs. Please contact Paul Dittman at pdittman@gicaonline.com if you have any additional needs. Please note, Exhibitors are responsible for any additional charges assessed by hotel.
