The Gulf Intracoastal Canal Association is pleased to announce Alexandra Mealer, the Republican nominee for the U.S. House in Texas’s 9th Congressional District, as GICA’s 2026 keynote lunch speaker!
She is a graduate of West Point and combat veteran, Harvard JD/MBA, former oil & gas finance executive, and current small business owner. We are honored to welcome her to the 2026 GICA Seminar.
