This form enables you to sign up online as an exhibitor
at the GICA 102nd Annual Convention. Cost is $500, but includes one free convention registration ($385 value). We accept payment by check at the mailing address below, or you may call the GICA office with your credit card information for payment processing. DO NOT e-mail your credit card information — it is not secure to do so.

If you prefer to fill out and submit a hard copy of the exhibitor form, you may download it, print it, fill it out and send it by mail or by fax to the GICA office. The GICA fax number is 281.992.4383.
Displays should be set up prior to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, and may remain until the close of the meeting, Friday, August 22 at 12:00 p.m.
Please note exhibitors are still required to complete a separate convention registration form as an attendee to ensure adequate planning for all convention activities. You will owe no additional fee for the first attendee you register as an exhibitor.
Exhibitor forms must be received by August 1, 2008 to guarantee space availability.
