103rd Annual Convention. Registration is $385 per person. We accept payment by check at the mailing address below, or you may call the GICA office with your credit card information for payment processing. DO NOT e-mail your credit card information — it is not secure to do so.

If you prefer to fill out and submit a hard copy of the registration form, you may download it, print it, fill it out and send it by mail or by fax to the GICA office. The GICA fax number is 281.992.4383.
There is no additional registration fee for spouses accompanying paid convention registrants. Registration of spouses is required, however, so we may adequately plan functions, meals and other hosted events.
Registration fees are fully refundable when we receive written notice of your cancellation prior to August 1, 2008.
Please make your hotel reservations directly with the Westin New Orleans Canal Place. Call 888.627.8180 and mention your affiliation with GICA to receive the special room rate of $109 per night. There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate. You may also reserve your room online.
