Recommendation	Investigate potential causes of damage from beneath surface.

Problem	Two obstructions in the Colorado River near Mile 435 WHL, approximately 126 and 149 feet from the centerline of the Federal Channel.
Recommendation	Remove obstructions.

Problem	Shoaling on south bank makes it very difficult to turn eastbound with an outbound tide.
Recommendation	Survey and dredge.

Problem	Recent dredging has been performed on emergency basis, which resulted in reduced shipper confidence in the system. Approval of the DMMP will allow future dredging to be accomplished on a scheduled basis, as needed.
Recommendation	Implement the dredged material placement requirements contained in the Dredged Material Management Plan.
